From the very first phone call I made to Holly Morris asking her to show us a house that we MIGHT be interested in, I knew I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else when buying a new home.

Holly was helpful in so many ways. She not only showed us houses that we wanted to see but event suggested houses that we might not have looked at otherwise. When she told us to go see our eventual home, I was unsure about even looking at it. But, I trusted Holly and I'm so glad I did! Turns out she knew just what we were looking for. Even after we didn't put in an offer, Holly stuck with us and when the house went back on the market, Holly walked us through making the right offer and helped us buy the home of our dreams.

After my very first phone conversation with Gilbert, he responded within the hour with comps and a suggested plan for listing a vacant lot my sisters and I owned. From that first contact through the final closing, Gilbert was always prompt, thorough, courteous, and very accessible to answer all of our questions and concerns. Sandra is phenomenal. I chose Sandra for the sale of my property because she was our broker when we initially bought it. I really appreciated her help five years ago, so when we decided to sell it, the choice was clear!

Sandra far exceeded our expectations in the sale! First, the property was not in good shape. I had a renter who really trashed the place. She went above and beyond to help us find the right people to get the property in shape to sell. Since we live far away, her help was truly critical for us. We couldn't have done it without her efforts. In terms of the sale, we actually agreed on a sale price with a buyer within a week or so after we listed it. We also had a quick close.
